If someone could find the whole episode I believe there is a shot of her reaching back behind her while on the motorway and shows the split off in full to the camera mounted on the cars dashboard.

Full credit should go to Struggles to be Sexy who uploaded it. A chubby female weightlifter in Adidas pants does a squat, resulting in a nice sound, and a decent quick view of her thong. The camera quality isn't the best but it's not potato-bad either.
