It appears that a new trend is sweeping Tiktok at the moment. It's called the "bussit challenge" and involves the subject milling about in comfy clothes then transitioning into their most dolled up appreance while dropping into a hard squat and bouncing up and down. So obviously for us that is causing some amazing results and this has only been trending for about a week so there will be plenty more incidents captured and uploaded.
