Butt-flap pajamas

Hello, does anyone else here enjoy women wearing those old-fashioned one-piece pajamas, with the butt-flap in the back? Or drop-seat, trapdoor, whatever you wish to call it. I am aware what the "real" purpose is, but I still find a lot of appeal of a lady being otherwise fully dressed, except one important area backstage.
