Real or fake?

I'm trying to figure out if this video is real or fake... I've seen it posted on different accounts different times.

I think the ripping effect is either fake, or one of the most perfect ripping noises captured on film, but I'm leaning towards real. I don't know if the girl has any other videos online that might hint that she makes fake content?

What I've found with Tiktok is usually someone actually records one then another user can sample the sound of the first one and use it on their Tiktok video. That sound has been used by various other Tiktokers much like SpongeBob ripped pants to show off rips and splits and to add something to their Tiktok. However I think this one is the original sound if not video as well so that is a real case of ripping new jeans at that moment but the girl in the video might not be the one who made the sound but I believe that she is. Just my opinion anyway.
