The Sultan of Agrabah has been looking lately for a princess worthy of marrying his 22-years old son, Prince Jamil. However, much to the Sultan's dismay, Jamil doesn't seem interested in marriage, much less when every day at the Palace's gardens he's being presented with a line of beautiful but often pampered, spoiled, arrogant, entitled young women that are not fun to be around.

Today was the turn for Princess Azra, whose snotty temperament and disdain for the poor is well known in the kingdom. Jamil is not impressed by Azra's self-absorbed demeanor and her pushiness. Worst of all, Azra had nothing but bad opinions about Rajah, Jamil's pet tiger and best friend. That was a mistake. A big, big mistake; for the first time in her 22 years of life, Princess Azra was met with the consequences of her actions.

Princess Azra stormed back in the Palace from the garden, fuming with anger and humiliation. Concerned to see the upset princess leave after only five minutes with Jamil, the Sultan attempts to inquire her on her motives for such unpleasant farewell. His words fail to leave his mouth once he sees the princess from behind. The gaping, tattered hole where the seat of her skirt used to be tells him all he needs to know about the outcome of her and Jamil's brief rendezvous. If only he could at least say that he was shocked! Azra wasn't the first young woman to exit the Palace in such undignifying fashion, and he feared she wouldn't be the last...

The Sultan walked out into the garden to confront his son about his unroyal behavior. Prince Jamil couldn't be less impressed by his father's lecture on how a future Sultan ought to behave, as he petted Rajah's head while the tiger parsimoniously chewed on the big, shredded piece of purple fabric hanging from his powerful jaws.
